Here are some of the things going on in my world:
- Vanessa turned one and like some magic switch was flipped she started walking.
- My course at IUPUI are quickly wrapping up. I'll be graduating in Spring 09 if things stay on track.
- I've got a great card game idea that I think it just strong enough to actually get distrbuted at GenCon'09(next year). The idea was kicked off by my Uncle Skipper. His 40+ years of playing various card games helped make this idea work. We've blended my pirate themed card decks with some card game classics. I really think this'll work! I'm very excited to work out all the game mechanics. While I'm talking about uncles, I'm fairly certain my uncle Tom and I are going to be working on some projects for GenCon 09 as well.
- My Noir Class is awesome! I have to write a noir story and illustrate it. I've been working on my idea for the story for a few weeks but this morning on the porcalian throne i figured out the plot.
- Suzanne is taking Information Technology course at Ivy Tech. She's working really hard to get into IT. It's awesome that she's learning to speak even more "Geek". The possibility of salary improvment is nice too!
- I'm expecting to be promoted at work in September to Senior Enterprise Analsyt.
- Suzanne and I are starting to talk about baby#2.
